A rather unpleasant wakeup just after 5am by the person staying next to us who warmed up his smokey 4wd for a good ten minutes before heading off. After going back to sleep I headed off to Dampier at 8am for the Hamersley Iron Tour.
The tour was fairly interesting, with a bus ride into the Parker Point facility, then across the causeway to the East Intercourse Island facility.
